We’re delighted to announce the founding of a new publishing company, Éditions Modulation.
Our goal is to make available works that cannot be found elsewhere. These will include musical scores, books, CDs, and DVDs.
For the moment we are focusing on the period from the 17th to the 19th century. The first stage of our publication concerns the music of Hélène de Montgeroult: 34 pieces, including 26 of her etudes, have already appeared.
We intend to gradually publish all of Montgeroult’s works, and are working on other projects as well: courtly airs by a variety of composers (Boesset, Le Camus, Lambert, Lully, Perdigal) writing around 1600; a Fantaisie for forte-piano by Pascal Taskin (already published), and various mid-17th century Leçons de ténèbres (anonymous and previously unpublished) for four voices and basso continuo, among others.
